4. Orders & Payments
•     Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
•     We accept major payment methods including UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking.
•     Prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. Shipping & Delivery
•     We offer standard and express shipping across India.
•     Delivery timelines vary by location but typically range from 3–7 business days.
•     You’ll receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Undelivered or RTO (Return to Origin) Orders

In some cases, orders may be undelivered or returned to us (RTO). Here are a few common reasons:

  • Pincode is not serviceable.
  • The Cash on Delivery (COD) amount is not ready.
  • Customer is not contactable.
  • Incomplete or incorrect address.
  • The customer refused delivery.
  • Self-pickup is requested by the customer.
  • Future delivery is requested by the customer.
  • Door, premises, or office is closed at the time of delivery.

If your order is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment or refund as per our Returns & Refunds Policy.

6. Returns & Refunds
•     Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery.
•     Return shipping is free.
•     No restocking fees apply.
•     We do not mark any items as final sale.
•     Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned item in its original condition.

7. Intellectual Property
THE STARMAKER name and website content are curated with originality and care. While the brand is not yet formally registered, all product visuals and messaging are created using free-to-use design elements from designing tools and customized for our store. Unauthorized copying or commercial use of our curated content without permission is discouraged, as it undermines the creative integrity of our brand.
